Construction happens around real lives, and this is a significant investment. You need care and high standards. Also, robust security. In addition, you’d like us to arrive promptly, keep the site clear and as clean as possible. Likewise, minimise disruption.
Chartwell commits to all of the above. Equally, with thoughtful communication, we’ll keep you regularly up to speed on progress.
Your Home Takes Shape
Put your trust in Chartwell. As is obvious, the work involved will reflect the nature of your project.
We’ll coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and all the specialist trades. We’ll clear and prepare the site, secure the perimeter if necessary and carry out any excavation and grading to prepare the foundations, if required,
Again, depending on your needs, the Chartwell team will install the floor, exterior walls and the roof. Plus, rough -in work – where we fit in plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems before they are sealed with drywall, setting the physical infrastructure for later finishing.
Next, interior and exterior finishes come into play – painting, tiling and fixtures.
Our detailed quality control process will ensure everything is within “spec”. Equally, we’ll check all your systems are working as they should. Any corrections needed (snagging) will be flagged and fixed before sign-off. End-to-end coordination will enable us to keep our promises and deliver what you’ve set your heart on.
