Final Stages of Design and Build

We’ll manage the following:

Snagging. Rigorous checking – and taking care of any remedial work needed – on build standards and finishings. This could involve adjusting doors, replacing any damaged timber, metalwork or stone and aligning cabinets and joinery.

It’s ready. At project completion, we’ll hand over a file of compliance certificates to the building control body. These will include a Gas Safe certificate, as well as certificates for electrics, fire alarm testing, and structural calculations.

Everything fine? It’s done.

Deep cleaning. Time for everything to shine and gleam for a pristine home environment.

Interior design. Chartwell’s interior design expertise is exceptional. We know you favour luxury fabrics, and careful colour coordination. Talk to us about your personal style and with your approval and sign-off, we’ll create a superior interior from start to finish.

Consider sumptuous, bespoke furniture, beautiful upholstery, wonderful bedroom furniture, wardrobes, and cabinets. And, bedding. Your dressing room is waiting for you. Would you like a library, or a wine display? And of course, lighting is essential.

Dream big: a home cinema, or a spa. Perhaps your very own gym.

Storage and removals. Our team works with a business to look after your worldly goods and move them into your renovated or restored property.

If you’ve decided on a complete change, your turnkey delivery is about to happen. We’ve moved from construction to a fully furnished, fully operational home. Simply “turn the key” and go in.

You could ask us to source and place everything brand-new for stylish, high-quality perfection in your new home. This means all the fixtures and fittings, furniture, and soft furnishings throughout the property.
