This refurbishment of a warden-controlled apartment for a private client took place over six weeks at a cost of £35,000 plus VAT.

Homes can date quickly and this property, although spacious, was no exception. Our client asked us to streamline and update their home, making it a calm, comfortable place in which to relax and fully enjoy their revamped environment.

The project included the re-design and refurbishment of the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, giving a whole new look and feel throughout. Also, fitting high-quality, made-to-measure curtains and roman blinds. New oak flooring was laid throughout to draw everything together.

Finally, new light fittings completed the project to the highest possible standards.
