This extension project had a contract value of £250,000 and took place over nine months.

Our client wanted to expand their property, with a two-storey extension to create two additional bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, and a large living room. They were also after external landscaping in the garden.

We were delighted to design and deliver a much larger home – comfortable, stylish and completely fit for purpose. The work included an ultra-stylish, en-suite shower room and in the bedroom, a bespoke fitted wardrobe.

The property benefited from new internal decoration throughout.
