At a cost of £300,000, this single-storey rear infill extension and refurbishment project took place over 14 months.

Our client wished to extend and refurbish their period property and to build a new outbuilding for a home office. The property is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB).

The project included a single-story, rear infill extension. This incorporated a new kitchen, shower room and a new-build home office.
